She knew just which upgrades are impactful, and those which wouldn't effect the final price - saved us time and money. She is also very responsive, quickly available by phone, text or email. The best part though was that we didn't need to reach out to her much - she was proactive in conveying information to us on her own, including pictures, links and any necessary information. Her marketing was extensive, bringing in a lot of prospective buyers, and answering any questions they would have about the neighborhood, the schools and the home. We got multiple offers on our home, and with her help were able to hone in the one most qualified. She proactively did extensive due diligence with buyers lenders and realtors so there we no surprises down the road. This was a very positive experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again.
